Trainee CFO for Startups & SMEs

In this role you dive straight into the finance world of startups and SMEs. As a trainee you learn accounting, payroll, year-end closing and financial management from the ground up. Step by step you take on responsibility, work with our clients and get personal mentoring from one of the founders (HSG alumni).

Responsibilities

• Master accounting, payroll and VAT from the ground up
• Get to know the day-to-day business of our SME and startup clients
• Support year-end closings
• Contribute to projects and client advisory
• Gradually take ownership of processes and client mandates

Requirements

• Advanced studies (late Bachelor's or early Master's)
• Commitment to give it your all for 12–18 months – and, if it's a mutual fit, grow into a CFO role
• Strong presence, reliability and a hands-on mentality
• A plus: first practical experience in accounting, startups or SMEs
